Why We Exist

Digital consumer.
Or digital owner.

Right now, most of the data, apps, and AI tools used in the Bahamas come from abroad. That means we don't own our future. We pay for infrastructure built for someone else's context. That ends here.

$0
retained locally for every dollar spent on foreign SaaS. The dependency stays.
100%
of Bahamian data should be governed by Bahamians. Not processed and stored under foreign jurisdiction.
15
verticals built to replace foreign platform dependency with locally owned infrastructure. One at a time. We are building.
1st
in the Caribbean building to full digital-sovereignty design - flagship in development, verticals shipping. We are not following. We are leading.

The Big Vision

Building Bahamas 1.5
The First Digitally Sovereign Nation
in the Caribbean - In Progress.

We are proving that small nations can lead the AI revolution on their own terms. Not by waiting for Silicon Valley to notice us. By building 1.5 ourselves - here in Freeport, Grand Bahama, for the Caribbean and the world.

Phase 1 - Foundation (2026)

First four commercial verticals soft-launch. Bahamian-owned commercial AI applications enter market.

Phase 2 - Substrate (2027)

VerityOS general availability. Hummingbird hardware ships. The infrastructure layer is publicly real.

Phase 3 - Sovereignty (2028 onward)

The Bahamian AI data layer comes online. Independent Bahamian cloud infrastructure operational. The Caribbean has a sovereign alternative.

Methodology & Sources

We separate mission language from verified claims so that visitors, partners, and investors can judge what is proven, what is analysis, and what is ambition.
